The Funky Fig

This dark chocolate brownie gets funky with infused goat cheese, honey, and an open-faced fig is snuggled and melted into the top of each brownie.  Pairs perfectly with a glass of bubbly, red wine, cognac, or a cold glass of milk...depending on how funky you are feeling.
